Welcome to Walthamstow Employment and Nursing Agency Ltd (WENA Ltd) We have 30+ years of experience behind us in meeting your needs. Our service is provided to individuals and under contract to local authorities, either on a long term basis or for emergency care for 24 hours a day, 365 days of the year. We employ and encourage Home Care Workers and Registered Nurses who carry out their duties with genuine care for others.

As a business working in the Health and Social sector, we are regulated by the Care Quality Commission.  As a agency who cares about our clients, we ensure our work meets the requirements stipulated by the Care quality commission. We  committed to regular inspections to ensure we satisfy our clients of our quality and professionalism.  WEMA  is also a member of the Alzheimer's foundation and Action on Elder Abuse.  We ensure that not only do we meet the standards set by CQC but we also ensure our staff members are properly vetted and trained to carry out proper care for all our clients needs and wants.

Senior staff from the agency will visit you to find out what you think about  how we can improve the way we work with you.  We regularly send  questionnaires to all our clients and partnerships to tell us what they think and how we can improve on our services.

We provide services to Adults with physical ,learning  disabilities, mental health and provide terminal care. We also cater for children with learning difficulties, physical disabilities.

At WENA we want to ensure that our clients have the best care and services available. We ensure we recruit qualified staff and provide training and regular retraining to ensure our staff members are up to date on practise and regulations required to fulfil their roles and ensure we meet our clients requirements.

We carry out regular spot checks and client assessments to ensure our clients happiness in our services and to keep our carers update and professional.
